GLP-1-friendly is a label, not a standard
A fast-spreading food label may signal a commercial moment, but it does not carry a universal definition or a medical certification.

GLP-1-friendly is moving from wellness language onto packages, prepared meals and menus. It describes a new customer group more than it describes a settled kind of food.
The phrase can shape what a shopper expects when it sits beside protein or fiber claims. Yet two products can use the same label while offering very different portions and ingredients, which makes the packaging easier to read as a promise than it actually is.
GLP-1-friendly is not a universal standard, a medical approval or a verdict on whether a food suits a person. Its cultural meaning is simpler: companies are naming an appetite change before there is a shared definition of what the label should mean.
